Xtreme like many businesses was and is heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Being in the amusement industry we have to take lots of extra precautions to ensure our customers and staff stay safe. We have implemented a new cleaning policy. We clean all surfaces in this building top to bottom throughout the day. This includes all our counters, railings, trampolines, pads, dodge balls, basketballs, crashpit, ninja course, waiver stations, door handles, washrooms and everything else that is exposed to customers. We use a hospital grade disinfectant that is super safe. It leaves behind a anti-bacterial residue to help with the spread of all bacteria and viruses. Hand sanitizing is mandatory when entering our building. Every person entering our building received a screening including a temperature check.
To help with contract tracing if required, we ensure every person entering our building is checked in with a waiver.
We have changed all our policies to ensure we are as safe as possible. We are also in close contact with both Ottawa and Kingston public health to ensure we are up to date with all our cleaning procedures and to ensure the safety of our customers and staff members.
